To help customers stay in control, we encourage them to take breaks from gambling. You can do this through the time out option, which lets you freeze your account for between one day and 6 weeks. Time Outs are available to customers with online accounts through the My Info tab, followed by Responsible Gambling.

Self-exclusion

For customers who are experiencing harm from their gambling, self-exclusion is an option to help them take back control. You can request to be refused service and prevented from gambling for a period of between 6 months to 5 years.
