Using the item unlocks a new tab for the guild bank, destroying the voucher in the process. The 7th Slot was previously unlocked by completing Guild Level 5, but as of Patch 6.0.2 it may now be purchased from the time the guild is created. The 8th Slot is unlocked by completing Stay Classy. 1 in my guild was going Blackrock caverns normal on an alt. And Guild Vault Voucher (8th Slot) drops!! Some roll disenchant:/ but my guildie greeds rolls and get it. I can however not see this as an item that should drop there. Seems he cant use it at this point since we lack the achiev. But still, that voucher is 20k from vendor. Anyone else seen this drop? Guild bank is also an option but don't do it on big servers, laggy as shit and takes you longer than logging and mailing Speaking from A52US, guild banks are fine now. It was a disaster for awhile after the expansion launch, but they're working now.

As Artemis commented above, the Guild Vault Voucher (8th Slot)is a reward for completing the Stay ClassyGuild achievement. I'm not sure about the Guild level requirements, 5 or 10, but you do need to have Honoured Rep with your Guild.
